We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to develop new ones, and to protect MikkaLab and our users. We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of MikkaLab except in the cases described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways to give you the best experience on our Intelligent Booking Manager platform:

Account credentials and profile data: When you register on MikkaLab, we store your email address, business details, styling staff directory, services list, and system settings.
Appointment & customer details: Booking events, customer names, telephone numbers, notes, and staff allocations needed to manage your workspace inventory.
Integrations and Authentication: Authentication tokens and calendar associations if you choose to sign in via Microsoft, sync your schedules with external systems like Google Calendar, or use payment gateways.

2. How We Use the Data

We use collected details to authenticate access, guarantee unique multi-tenant workspaces, run custom client booking storefronts (Kiosk app configurations), sync staff availability calendars dynamically, and verify Gumroad licenses or payment settings.

3. Information Sharing, Disclosure, and Google User Data Compliance

We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your personal credentials or business data records to third parties. We only share details under the following contexts:

With Google APIs when you explicitly trigger "Google Sync" to link availability slots.
With Stripe when processing booking payments on payment configurations.
To satisfy legal requirements, prevent fraud, or maintain critical platform operations under absolute security parameters.

Google API Data Disclosure:
MikkaLab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third-party tools, external tracking systems, or advertising platforms. All Google user data is utilized strictly inside your private workspace instance to power the real-time calendar synchronization feature and is never retained for secondary purposes.

4. Data Custody and Deletion

Your workspace data resides securely in cloud structures. You have absolute ownership of your workspace content. You can manage or permanently expunge your account data directly from the My Account Settings tab at any time.
